According to Wikileaks twitter feed, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange will be making a public address from the Ecuadorian embassy in London, UK on Sunday 19th August at 2pm local time. Mr Assange who was granted diplomatic asylum by Ecuador earlier this week is currently unwilling to leave the embassy as he faces certain arrest and extradition by UK authorities to Sweden. He is wanted in Sweden for questioning regarding allegations of rape and other sexual offences.
