Community Groups are planning to come together with local agencies as part of an effort to clean up Southall and encourage young and old to keep Southall tidy. A clean Southall is a Safe Southall as it encourages responsible behaviour and promotes good citizenship. More information will be posted via @southallbigconv and other outlets nearer the time.

I will visit the clean up (and get involved) and hopefully speak to community members about why they are doing it and what messages they have to encourages other to do the same. While I'm there we will also give details on Neighbourhood Watch to encourage streets to sign up to Beat the Burglar.
