It's a general purpose platform for interoperating across networks, that enables end user innovation. You can't do "quality of service" except within one network.

Quality of service is not Internet.

ETNO's proposal is nothing less than creating global incumbents and excluding interoperability by independent networks.

Not sustainable for privileged incumbents that want to do apps and services as well as connectivity. Perfectly sustainable on shared line.

Fragmented is good.

It's only fragmented from the standpoint of "quality of service" -- which has nothing to do with Internet.

If you want to do quality of service, do it within your own network -- the only place it can be done.

It would block if quality of service were not distinguished from Internet.

Don't confuse quality of service on the same channel with Internet.
