How do I sign up to a Bambuser Premium Account?
- If you already are a Bambuser user, choose a package to subscribe to and follow the instructions on how to pay with Paypal. As soon as we can detect your payment, your account will automatically be upgraded to a Premium account.
- If you're not a Bambuser user yet, simply sign up for a Bambuser Account. After completing registration, choose your Premium package and follow the instructions on how to pay with Paypal. As soon as we can detect your payment, your new Premium account will be available.
How long are your plans?
- Our plans are from 30 days up to a year or longer.
Is there a discount for a yearly service?
- We are always happy to give loyal customers a better deal. Please contact us at sales@bambuser.com or use the contact form above for more information.
How can I pay for my subscription?
- Paypal payment is the standard form of payment for Premium accounts. Just contact us if you prefer bank transfer.
Can I switch plan anytime?
- It's not possible to downgrade your account but we'll be happy to upgrade you at any time. Please contact sales@bambuser.com or use the contact form above.
What are the monetization options?
- You can easily publish a pre-roll by using Bambuser's own tool. We can also provide access to an ad serving system which lets you run campaigns across all your Bambuser videos. If you are already using an ad-serving system, your campaigns could be integrated with ours as long as it is VAST compatible.
What does viewing hours mean?
- Viewing hours is a measure of the time your viewers actually spend watching your content. If you have 60 viewers watching a minute each, that adds up to one consumed viewing hour. Similarly, if you have one viewer watching for a full hour, that's a consumed viewing hour.
What does customize/modify your own player mean?
- You can choose to personalize your video player by enabling or disabling certain elements of the player, such as logotype, video archive, sharing functions and public video statistics. You can also add a short pre-roll that increases the visibility of your brand and your sponsors.
What level of details does extended statistics include?
- Our comprehensive statistics tool provides detailed access to viewing behavior including mobile views, live views, demographics and viewing time. You can also track where your player is embedded..
What does unlisted account mean?
- It means that your account and broadcasts are unlisted from bambuser.com and won't be displayed to the public on the website. However, your player and broadcasts remain embeddable.
