What's up with the sound - it's useless to watch at the moment.

It's a high compression + echoed source warbling

makes it very hard indeed

Not really - I'm barely making it out but requires high volume + concentration! :)

I wonder if it's being recorded - such that it can be download after the event. I can't make head nor tail of it here.

So far it does sound like he is advocating OER for the added course material but I could be wrong
