Thank you. I'm studying American politics at the moment. We were debating the other week how the supreme court will rule on the healthcare bill. Now, in the UK we have national healthcare and everyone on the left and right love it.

My question is why do some americans not think like this?

Honestly, watch any debate in parliament and you will see the conservatives, labour and lib dems support it.
