NEVER thought it would take this long. But you know, it's all about God's timing, not ours. Gotta hold on to that faith. It was a bit of a leap of faith to sell our house and move. Definitely easy to doubt over all the crazy stuff with the house

well, we have more news...probably on top of strokes, we have lung cancer mets to brain which has caused a syndrome called paraneoplastic syndrome :/

tell me about it! Never thought the situation was that banks were being picky about comparisons. So if you want a cookie cutter house I guess you're fine.

comps are always tricky

The Bank of America appraiser that denied us became visibly freaked out when she found out it was actually two separate houses. Her appraisal came back with like 3 comps, tops. The credit union's appraiser came back with like 6! He was much cooler.

Wrote that wrong. Appraiser of course didn't deny us, but BOA did

I think I'll just stay put.
