Tiffany joined Bambuser as Vice President of People in 2024 and expanded her scope to VP of Operations in January 2026. Prior to Bambuser she held operational and advisory roles across PE-backed and high-growth companies, with experience spanning executive advisory, investor relations, and human capital due diligence at investment firms.
At Bambuser she leads cross-functional work across process efficiency, systems implementation, organizational design, and ways of working. She has played a central role in the company's operational turnaround, driving meaningful improvements in cost efficiency, cash flow, and the structural foundations that position Bambuser for sustainable growth.
