Adam joined Bambuser as Vice President of Customer Success in March 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience as a passionate Customer Success leader with him.
Adam is recognized internationally as one of the Top 100 Customer Success Strategists (2018) and has vast experience in creating impactful customer strategies and building high-performing teams.
He has founded several successful companies and media initiatives, including an industry leading podcast with more than 150 episodes.
At Bambuser, Adam will bring his extensive skillset into play by focusing on building strong customer relations, driving future-proof strategies and empowering the Customer Success team to deliver best-in-class experiences for Bambuser’s many clients.
