With over a decade of experience in innovation, product development and digital transformation, she focuses on building high-performance, user-centric products that solve the evolving needs of global retailers.

Before joining Bambuser in 2024, Kristina held senior leadership roles at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. During her tenure at the world’s leading luxury fashion e-commerce player, she spearheaded product innovation and experimentation across four major brands, bridging the gap between deep retail expertise and scalable technology.

At Bambuser, Kristina oversees the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept to global scale—ensuring that innovation is always balanced with seamless user experience and business impact.
